We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our team on a busy housing construction site in Whitchurch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to work in the construction industry, supporting a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

As a Labourer, you will be responsible for providing essential support to tradespeople, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. If you're hard-working, physically fit, and ready to contribute to a growing project, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

General site cleaning, including clearing debris, materials, and rubbish Assisting tradesmen with daily tasks, such as moving materials and tools Helping with the unloading and distribution of building materials Ensuring safe handling and storage of materials and equipment Maintaining a tidy, safe, and hazard-free working environment Following health and safety guidelines to ensure site compliance Supporting with groundwork and manual labour duties as required Requirements:

Previous experience as a Labourer PPE (High Vis, Safety Boots, Hard Hat) A valid CSCS card Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Physical fitness and stamina to carry out manual tasks Knowledge of health and safety practices on a construction site is beneficial
